Building Committee

Purpose:

The role of this committee is to review and recommend maintenance policies and on-going projects to the Parish Administration.

Membership

Based on individual knowledge of maintenance procedures and/or products and participation of parish life.

Areas of Coverage:

To insure the Administration is following sound maintenance practices and to suggest changes where necessary.
To consult on major projects concerning buildings - a major project would consist of expenditures in excess of $10,000 per Diocesan guidlines.
To consult on regular maintenance programs such as painting,equipment repair and replacement, carpet and upholstry cleaning and landscaping.
Coverage includes all buildings and property.
