Remembering Church

Goal:

St. Michael's Catholic Community ministers to a 'Re-Membering Church' program for inactive Catholics who have an interest in returning to the Catholic community.

The goal of this ministry is to be a caring community which openly welcomes inactive Catholics to dialogue, address concerns or questions about the Catholic faith, and facilitates their transition from inactive participation to active participation in the Catholic worshipping community, should they so desire.

Process:

The program is designed to meet the particular needs, interests, and concerns of the participants. For that purpose, the program does not have a fixed agenda.

The sessions provide opportunities for an open discussion and allow time for addressing the participants' questions or concerns regarding the Catholic faith.
